1.3 Firebase Analytics
MetroVPN uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Service is used, measure performance, and improve the Service.
Depending on the SDK configuration, Firebase may process information such as app events, usage information, device information, identifiers, and diagnostic or performance information.

1.4 Kochava
MetroVPN uses Kochava for application attribution, measurement, and analytics.
Depending on the SDK configuration and the information available on your device, Kochava may process information such as:
- IP address;
- Device or advertising identifiers;
- Kochava Device ID;
- App version;
- Device and operating system information;
- Network information;
- Language, locale, and timezone;
- Installation information; and
- Certain app events.
We do not intentionally provide your MetroVPN account password to Kochava for attribution or measurement purposes.

1.5 Subscription and Payment Information
MetroVPN offers paid subscriptions through Google Play.
Google Play processes payment and transaction information required to complete and manage your subscription.
Depending on the transaction, this may include subscription status, purchase information, transaction identifiers, and information necessary to manage your subscription or process refunds.
We do not store your full payment card number when payment is processed by Google Play.
2. VPN Activity and No-Log Policy
MetroVPN is designed to provide VPN connectivity without maintaining a history of your VPN activity.
We do not log or store:
- Your browsing history;
- The websites or online services you access through the VPN;
- The content of your internet traffic;
- DNS queries made through the VPN;
- VPN connection timestamps;
- VPN session duration; or
- Your client IP address as part of a VPN activity or connection history.
This No-Log Policy applies to VPN activity. It does not prevent third-party services such as Firebase Analytics or Kochava from processing information for their respective purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service;
- Create and manage user accounts;
- Authenticate and protect accounts;
- Manage subscriptions and related transactions;
- Provide customer support;
- Analyze application usage and performance;
- Perform attribution and measurement;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security issues, or technical problems;
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations; and
- Improve our products and services.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- Google Analytics for Firebase, for analytics and performance measurement;
- Kochava, for attribution, measurement, and analytics;
- Google Play, for subscription management and payment processing; and
- Other service providers supporting hosting, security, customer support, or necessary business operations.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, services, or property.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
VPN traffic is encrypted between your device and the applicable VPN connection endpoint.
However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, manage accounts and subscriptions, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
VPN activity is not retained as browsing history or VPN connection history.
Account information may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for legitimate business, security, legal, or regulatory purposes.
Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies and applicable requirements.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your information;
- Request restriction of certain processing;
- Object to certain processing; and
- Request a copy of certain personal information.

The Service is not intended for children where its use is prohibited by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
