These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MetroVPN and its related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by NetDotCom Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe the rights of others;
- Distribute malware or other harmful content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service; or
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful activities.
We may restrict or suspend access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or comply with applicable law.
2. Accounts
Certain features of the Service require an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security violations, or other serious violations of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
MetroVPN offers paid subscription plans through Google Play.
Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and other purchase details are presented through Google Play at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Google Play processes payments and handles applicable billing and refund procedures in accordance with its own terms and policies.
We do not control Google's payment systems or Google Play's refund decisions.
4. VPN Service
MetroVPN provides VPN connectivity through available VPN servers.
Connection speed, availability, latency, and performance may vary depending on factors including your location, network conditions, server load, internet service provider, and other circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that every server or connection will remain available.
Certain networks, countries, regions, or internet service providers may restrict or interfere with VPN connections.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or that interfere with the rights, security, or services of others.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to NetDotCom Technology Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.

The Service may rely on or interact with third-party services, platforms, or infrastructure.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.

VPN services cannot guarantee protection against every security threat or unauthorized activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetDotCom Technology Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetDotCom Technology Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risks, or where required or permitted by applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
The updated Terms will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and NetDotCom Technology Limited, except where mandatory laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
